added disqus comments

I have added Disqus comments to this blog. This seems to be the way most comments are moving on all the major blogs. It makes sense to have all of your comments in a central provider rather than having them hosted on your blog where people dont have access to their own stuff. I had an issue recently where someone left a comment on my blog (http://peterhaus.wordpress.com) and then regretted it, and although they wrote it they couldnt edit the post! I am hoping Disqus this will solve that problem here.
