Loving being out and about today, been to the fruit market and the posher Tobacco Factory Market.

Now cooking Sunday lunch. Roast pork and roast potatoes, home made apple sauce and cauliflower cheese. Plus corn on the cob.

Right I’m off to make cheese sauce for the cauli and apple sauce for the pork

Got to UWE before several million students descend. Getting home is going to be fun later!

Apparently the roads outside UWE are solid with traffic. Who would have guessed?
